Looking for cheaper stabilizing resin.

Really hard to answer your question without know size of wood to stabilize and method of stabilization now using.

Fiberglass resin s about as cheap as it gets. Guaranteed you won’t like it.

What method are you going to use to get the stabilizer to migrate into the wood? Vacuum or pressure?

System 2000 is pretty good, but is about 35 bucks a quart. Alumilite is better at just a little more in cost, but needs pressure and very dry wood to be successful. ............... Jerry (in Tucson)
