I have to buy new paper for my drum sander. This will be my first time ordering. I plan to order rolls and cut myself to save money. I know to order cloth backed, but not sure about J or X weight. I have the SuperMax 19×38. Also, who has the best prices? Thanks

I think mine are J weight. I think X weight is really heavy duty, right?

I order my paper from either Industrial Abrasives or Onlineindustrialsupply.com
I find the 3” rolls easier to install.

I upgraded to hook and loop best thing I ever did. You can get a kit from Grizzly pretty cheap.
