Topic tags/keywords: woodpeckers router lift tools router router table

Quick Shout Out:

I was given a used WoodPeckers router lift from a friend from the North Texas Woodworkers Association ( It was so stiff that it was at the point of being useless. I tried to take it apart and clean it and while that improved the situation, it still was incredibly hard to move. I emailed WoodPeckers for advice. They told me to send it to them. $18 at the post office and I sent it along.

WoodPeckers sent the router lift back in proper packaging, completely refurbished and working like a hot knife through butter. Cost of the repair: $0. Cost of return postage: $0. Customer likely to look at and buy from WoodPeckers first: +1.

Just wanted to spread the good word – great company – no hassles – stand behind their product 100%+.

That is good to know there’s another company with quality customer service. It’s also nice to know it’s made in the USA. I’ve got one of their squares and love it. Looking forward to another.

Those folks are first class. I have some of their stuff including two lifts and think the world of the quality of their products. Buy American when you can from a family business like this one.

I have several WoodPecker tools and I love them. Every time I contact customer service they are great. I just wish their one-time-tools did not so long to arrive.
