Quick Shout Out:
I was given a used WoodPeckers router lift from a friend from the North Texas Woodworkers Association (http://www.ntwa.org/). It was so stiff that it was at the point of being useless. I tried to take it apart and clean it and while that improved the situation, it still was incredibly hard to move. I emailed WoodPeckers for advice. They told me to send it to them. $18 at the post office and I sent it along.
WoodPeckers sent the router lift back in proper packaging, completely refurbished and working like a hot knife through butter. Cost of the repair: $0. Cost of return postage: $0. Customer likely to look at and buy from WoodPeckers first: +1.
Just wanted to spread the good word – great company – no hassles – stand behind their product 100%+.
