My daughter is expecting her first child, which will be my first grandchild. She has asked me to build her a cradle. Do any of you know of a nice plan for one? The baby isn’t due till May,but I know how time flies and don’t want to wait till the last minute. Thank you in advance.

I’m in the same situation. I’m building a boat cradle (lap strake dory design about four feet long) to give them something I think will be unique in their area. I got my plans from JordanWoodBoats.com

There are a couple of choices of designs.
