I went into my local Rockys ACE Hardware store this evening for some plumbing parts and found some great deals on a Makita 10.8V Lith-Ion drill kit Model # DF030DWX1 with a 65 piece bit set normally $150 for only $80 and also a DeWalt 18V drill kit DC970K-2 for only $99 before a $20 rebate gets back to me…I’M HAPPY NOW THAT I MISSED THE DEWALT SALE AT HOME DEPOT FOR THE SAME DRILL KIT : )
ACE also had a 16 pc. DeWalt Drill Bit set for only $10…it’s a great set of drills that I bought 4 years ago and have had great luck with , so I bought another set for this price : )

Can’t beat those little hardware stores for hidden bargains.
I think I’ll stop by mine tomorrow.
Thanks for the info Len.
Happy holidays.

My local McLendon’s hardware store (3 stores) had the same sale on the Dewalt drill. I check the internet at the Dewalt site and could not come up with that # so I think this is a special by Dewalt. I could not find any sale for the $199 price so I’m not sure what kind of deal it was. I bought one for me and one for my son.

Did you have enough left for the plumbing parts? You know they do that on purpose!!!
