can anyone tell me how to repair an acrylic pen blank,,or if it is even possible,,thank you,,i know this picture isn’t too good,,but if anyone can help I would really appreciate it,,,,im actually talking about the white line that runs the length of the pen,,

You could repair it with thin CA, but, between that crack and all the chip out on the end of the blank, you may be better off scrapping this one and trying again. It looks like the crack developed from the chip out. It’s likely that your tools were dull and the heat that developed cracked the blank.

Toss the blank and start over!
