Hey Jocks! Quick question for you. I’m finishing two crokinole boards differently, one is plain and the other has a stain. On the plain I’ve used acrylic and on the other I’ve used a stain/poly. Both are waterbased. My question is, once I’ve got to the level of stain I want, I wish to continue adding clear coats; can I use the acrylic that I’m using on the other board? This would make life easier as I wont have to clean up my gun so much. Thanks for your help!

I’d contact the stain manufacture with this question. They are going to be able to answer this definitively. There are usually 800 numbers on the cans for tech support and questions.
