Topic tags/keywords: jig

I’ve seen a couple LJs mention sending a jig idea to a magazine for some type of reward.

What is the difference in them and which will allow posting it to LJ after being published?

Probably Wood. They are always putting out those thick mags of jigs and other shortcuts.

Fine Woodworking always awards something for the best one each issue.

I published an article in Home Power magazine a couple of years ago and I retained the right to distribute it. I even asked because I have a copy in pdf format and I wanted to link to it on my website and wanted to be sure that was OK.

I had very good success with Woodcraft Magazine when it first came out.
