I had some time today to check out some other forums, woodworking and other topics, and I just have to say that this site is very easy to navigate.
The learning curve was quick and easy, learning the “how to” after one visit.

Bravo

(oh and I see that I posted my question re: rabbets in this forum heading. Not sure how that happened because it wasn’t where I had intended to post it. I must have looked “there” and clicked “here”. Sorry about that.

Honey? Shouldn’t you be out in the shop practicing your router techniques? (J/K)

Thanks for Bravo, Debbie. That’s the plan – to have this place easy to use and navigate so you can all come to your routers well relaxed…

lol I’m in the workshop today—we’ll see what I attempt and yes, I’ll be practicing my router techniques – IF my Dremel router chooses to work

I did actually .. watched a wee bit on using a handsaw. That was interesting! And a brief moment at finishing a table. I might not get any work done if I get addicted to the videos.
They are really helpful for a beginner, that’s for sure!
