HOW D folks
When I joined LJs some 7+ years ago I was attracted to this site by all of the great craftsmen and woman and I’m still in awe of the talents of the these folks and their projects, blogs and informative comments. I would not be so presumptive as to list folk in an order of 1st place 2nd and so forth but rather just give all these great folks a mention and credit for what they have built and contributed, nor will I be able to list all of them. Again this is not my list of folks in any particular order of skill or amount of work they have done. GaryK who is no longer with us but who’s diverse projects and know how was amazing,Lee A. Jesberger who has been a great contributor of blogs and great projects,Karson who was the most active poster at the time when I joined Ljs, MARCO AURELIO R. GUIMARÃES for his great projects, Les Hastings for great projects and blogs, shipwright who has had super blogs, acanthuscarver for great projects , Jordan for amazing projects, Darrell Peart a fine craftsman and has had great blogs, stefang for super work and great blog, Dick, & Barb Cain for their years of contributing to LJs, Andy who really started post unique boxes on Ljs and shared his techniques through blogs, Sam Shakouri who has contributed great turnings for years, Dilo Marcio Fernandino for outstanding projects,Gary Rogowski for great blogs, grizzman for great projects and comments, kiefer who’s projects, designs and blogs are not only abundant but outstanding, goldenhands for great projects. degoose for many great projects and blogs, Charles Neil with great advice and comments.

There must be a 100 more folks who I missed ,many of them friends who could very well be on the top of everyone’s list but my gray haired head could not conjure up.

If you are not familiar with some of these folks I suggest looking them and viewing their projects and blogs.

Who do you want to thank for their LJs contributions?

I also have to give my thanks to you, Jim. My first day here on Lumberjocks, you greeted me and made me feel welcome. I felt like this would be a community that I would enjoy being a part of. It is nice to find such a positive place to share our love of creating. Thanks so much for being such a huge part of that.

I remember when I was making boxes to give away to people who lost a child. I asked for help and Andy stepped up and started making them to help me. That was back when I had a web site called Loving Hands Memory Boxes.

I think Sheila and all of her scroll saw work and always giving what she knows so freely is a great person too.
