In my gut I think the answer is to start over, but the cheapskate side of me is wondering about possible fixes, which brings me to the cumulative knowledge and talent of my fellow LJ’s
Project is a QS cherry entertainment cabinet 60” x 22” x 26” divided into three cabinets with the left and right ones having 19” x 20” insert rail & stile doors with a 17” x 18” panel.
Problem was during the panel prep; while resawing two blanks to book match for each of the panels I did great with the first one and then my brain farted on the second and I didn’t pay attention to the bottom of the cut and I tapered the damned cut. After thicknessing to get even panels I’m left with two pieces of 5/16” stock for my 17” x 18” panels
What is your opinion;
Many thanks all it’s great to have a resource of talented & respectful folks to brainstorm this sort of stuff with.
