Martin,

Most sites have a groups feature, where like minded individuals can congregate, and not tick off the others. I think there are quite a few christian guys out there – have a group for them. Politics, Marquetry – groups for them as well. That way, you’re not going nuts with the moderating….and guys can talk to like-minded guys and not get a flame war going on the boards….

No thanks. One of the beauties of LJ compared to other sites is that it doesn’t have a group feature, which makes it easier to follow and find things. Not to mention that if your selected topics are likely to create a flame war on a woodworking board, it probably doesn’t belong on that board in the first place.
