A little help please. I purchased this machine used and have read the manual but I believe I am doing something wrong. when I push down on the little depth stop knob and rotate clockwise it will sink along with the locking nut below and lock in place. Once that happens I can not raise or lower the cutting head with the crank arm. It all locks together. To unlock it all I simply turn the little knob counterclockwise and the locking nut raises and releases everything. What am I doing wrong. Paul
