My wife is from Russia and saw that video on Russia 2day tv and almost had a faint laughing. It was sorta funny to me and even more funny if you know the reputation the Russian men have with the Russian women over there and especially it being vodka.

Don’t know Dusty, we saw basically the same video as the one you put up and the female news person was laughing when she had it on her show. Rus2day is in English so if you have internet tv then you should be able to find it. Things are different in Russia than here and their humor is somwhat different from ours. My wife and step daughter have been here since 1998 and my wife still thinks and does some things differently from us but she did get a good laugh off of that one.
