You got a wonderful buy without a doubt!! About a month ago I bought 150 bf of white oak (fas, kiln dried) and it cost me $2.00 a foot.

Paying $200 for this much lumber you made out like a bandit!!!

WOW, I just paid $101 for about 75 bdft of mixed lumber and I got a pretty good price, yeah, I’d say you got a good deal.

The real value will be in the making of something and the enjoyment of either selling your wares, saving even more money on something that you needed but could not afford etc. This is just raw material. The real value is in the finished product. I suspect you will multiply that savings many times. Make sure the wifey is up to speed on the real value of what you are doing…

What a deal you got on this lumber. The last I bought was red oak for $1.50 bf
