Organizing "My Projects"

Nope, Just place them.

If you go to you own home page and click on your proects they are in order as you posted them.

the order is based on the posting timeline.
However you do get to choose whether something goes in your project gallery or not.

(if you haven’t seen that, edit a project and at the very bottom you are provided an option to exclude an item from the gallery)
