He certainly has some really good timber… but too much cost involved in sending any my way…
Keep up the good work… Jim and Scott both.

I used to buy from him when curly maple prices were a little more reasonable. People are nuts for paying that much for figured wood IMO.

Beautiful wood, appreciate the heads up. unfortunately my mape project is almost finised. it is a bowfront dresser for my daughter. It has soft maple frame, hard maple tops, and drawers, ambrosia maple drawer sides and backs, and maple plywood panels. The goal is to finish it for a Christmas present. However there are tons of other projects in the works. Hope all is well, have a great day.

Thanks Jim!

Julian, You are right, it is expensive… for BOTH of us… I mean I have to come up with S4S Curly Maple to sell to people who might not otherwise be able to get it at all. I try to have a range of prices, depending on quanity and quality, the best deal right now is in taking advantage of the flat rate shipping and combined shipping discount for multiple items, this has been a big savings for most of my customers.

Also, I will always have a better deal for a Lumber Jock contacting me directly. It’s an insider sort of thing ;)
