Was wanting some opinions on what you would do in my situation. I have the ridgid 3650ts, pretty good saw but the fence is pretty crappy/old, and it can mess up my cuts as one of my previous threads was discussed about. I thought about upgrading the fence but they’re so expensive, I could sell my saw and use the money for the fence upgrade and spend a couple hundred more and get a new saw, or just a better used table saw. I thought about getting the shop fox with the extended rails and make a better router table than I have, kill two birds with one stone since the fence I have isnt long enough for a router table. So what’s your alls opinion on it.

If you like your saw, then just upgrade the fence. You can always move it to a new table saw when that day comes.

I like the Incra TS fence system.

That does look like a nice fence but with almost a $500 price tag, the shop fox with extended fence is $300 from grizzly I believe. Of course if I buy a new ts then I would have make new sleds and all that as well. Just need to win the lottery so I can just buy all new stuff and be done with it haha

Found this that’s at an auction, couldn’t find any info on it since it’s old, anyone know anything about it?

The Biesemeyer is a great fence system. Rock solid. It’s still being sold new, again pretty pricey. I would go for that if the price is right!

Wasn’t sure if it’s universal or not, will probably measure the holes on my saw to make sure. The auction has clamps and a dust collector, all of which I need, just trying to not make my wife mad by going haha.

That is a nice looking fence system, hopefully gonna go to the auction tomorrow and hoping there arent any people who run the prices up to where it costs the price of the items new, those people suck.

If the Biese is reasonably priced, it’s a pretty darn stout fence.

225$ or less. Have the same exact fence. It’s a champ.

Might be a dumb question, is there anything to check to make sure it works properly since it’s not together, or any missing pieces?

It looks to be all there (fence, rails, guide tube) but it might be missing all the hardware bits (bolts, spacers, etc…), and there is only one moving part on the thing – so there isn’t much to check really. From the pictures, it doesn’t look like it’s seen much action (if at all). You can look at the manual to see all the parts and hardware that comes with it from the factory so you will know what, if anything, is missing.

Thanks for the help, there are some idiots here making the prices really high so not sure if I’ll get it.
