Question about the WoodMaster/Planer/Molder

Jimthecarver home | projects | blog 429 posts in 681 days 30 days ago	Topic tags/keywords: question I have the chance to pick up a WoodMaster W612 made in the 80’s. It looks like it is in great shape, has lots of attachments and alot of cutters to go with it. Also a sanding drum attachment. Is this a machine that is worth messing with or somthing I should pass on. The price is right but is it worth taking up precious space in the shop? All comments are welcome and thank you for taking the time to respond -- Can't never could do anything, to try is to advance.
hootr home | projects | blog 132 posts in 242 days 29 days ago	i’m not familar with the w612 but have had a 718 for about 5 years and have nothing but good to say about the machine and woodmaster company i do custom molding and planing and am thinking about adding another 718 if you go to their web site and get the 800 # i’ll bet they’ll be glad to tell you about parts and service available on older machines very friendly and knowledgeable folks good luck -- Ron, Missouri
