I have seen another thread recently regarding a jet 16-32. I found one on craigslist, appears to be in nice condition. Seller says it needs a new belt. I believe it is a 2001 performax model. Is $400 a good deal for this if it all checks out?

I’d buy it, if all’s good. When the seller said “new belt” do you mean the feed belt? Still A good deal, IMHO. I’d move quickly…it seems to em that most of them are priced around $600-$800 or so.

Yes I do mean the feed belt. I see it’s typically under $50 for new one. This sander also comes with the stand and casters
