Hi everyone, so a question for you guys, if I understand correctly the bench top planers of yester year like my jwp-12-4p have snipe probleums because the cutter head has no lock on it. Has anyone came up with a way to rig a lock on it or is that just the way it is! I hate having to waste an extra sacrificial board or cut the ends off just because of snipe. I would love to have a new one but it’s just not in the budget right now after getting my new grizzly 0715p table saw and my grizzly 0604x jointer and my jet 16-32 plus drum sander! I’m about tapped out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Brock Jackson michigan
