Hi,
I want to get the RIKON 70-220VSR 12-1/2” x 24” VSR MIDI Lathe and it’s on sale at Amazon for $549.99 + $19.99 shipping. It’s the lowest price I’ve seen, but I’ve only been looking a couple of months. Has anyone seen it anywhere for less? I’m so excited to maybe get this new toy!

If live near a Woodcraft store with one in stock might make out when they go on sale. Prices seem to be all over the map.

Good luck.

Looks like Rikon is having a sale on them. Maybe a good time to pull the trigger.

I’m glad you dropped a dime to call us for help. I would bite the bullet and pull the trigger now. Looks like a once in a lifetime deal.

Thanks guys. I’m gonna order it. It’s from Woodcraft via Amazon. WC charges 59.99 to ship, Amazon only 19.99. So it’s like saving $140. And I have $100 gift money with Amazon.

Good choice. This model was in my top 3 “short list” when it came down to actually making a choice in purchasing. Ultimately I decided I wanted something a bit beefier and I went with the Grizzly.

Thanks Joe, I feel ill now though. I didn’t even consider Grizzly and now I see it would have been a lot cheaper. I have the HF 12X18 which looks just like their standard one and am very happy with it, other than wanted a few more features so I’m sure I would have liked the Griz VS and saved another $200. My Rikon is supposed to be here today, can’t wait!
