i was looking at another forums classifieds a bit ago and it was showing the Jet AFS-1000B air filter
on sale for like $169 after a rebate. that posting was 01-18-2008 and that price now is $330

how can that price go up that much in a year and a half??

They probably aren’t selling as many now, so they have to charge more to keep the revenues up.
