I just took delivery of my dado set from Grizzly today, and found what looks to be a manufacturing defect in one of the blades. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say it looks like a key slot along the perimeter of the arbor hole. Since I’m just getting started on setting up a hobby shop in my garage, I’m not sure how much of an effect this might have on it’s performance and most importantly, safety. I haven’t tried installing it in the saw yet. I’ll try to post a couple of pictures.
I guess what I want to know is whether I should even try using the set or contact Grizzly/DeWalt for a replacement blade straightaway?
