[I’m very sorry. My original post had a needless reference to a swear word that offended some folks. They were right. I was wrong. I’ve cleaned up my act, and apologize to all for the post. THIS is now going to substitute for the original]

well guys here it would get a little sticky… for keeping things cleaned up….dont see the need to use vulgar language or the implication…...really dont..i like to think were a group that can have fun and enjoy our craft…and not show the other 12000 that we cant use clean languge….in fact it offends me …...and if that is the best we could come up with here…..i would dis associate myself with this site…....

Sorry, Grizz.

I’m sort of from the camp that says … it’s just a word. In my case … it wasn’t EVEN a word.

But I didn’t mean, and don’t seek, to offend, so … Sorry.

EDIT: a quick Google search shows 89 uses of the common Internet expression, “WTF” and 206 uses of “damn” or damned” ON (and I haven’t counted up other “vulgarities”).

I presume you’ll chastise each of those authors for their use of such “vulgarity,” too? Grizz?

I guess I should now ask where the line is, and who gets to draw it. Then, I can decide whether or not I want to play by those rules, or go elsewhere. I think that’s only fair, right?

I am sorry, but … I happen to think that your sensitivity setting is dialed a little too high, in this case. I also think that—if you genuinely WOULD leave because of 1 or 90 or 206 uses of so-called ‘vulgarity,’ that’s an awful shame. I would hope that you wouldn’t.
