Newbie building her first real piece of furniture.

Getting ready to assemble a bathroom vanity. I want the inside to be painted white. Outside will be stained.
Can/should I paint the parts before I assemble it and then touch up? It seems like it would be a lot easier….

IMHO, cabinets I do the finishing b4 assembly, with the pieces laying flat I dont have to worry about runs as much.
