Hello LJ members,
I’m in need of a new gas pressure washer, and I know how bad some of them are. If anyone has had exceptional reliability with theirs, and can make a solid recommendation, I’d really appreciate it.

I purchased one at Harbor Freight a few years ago and it has given me dependable service. I would think anything with a Honda or Subaru engine would be a safe purchase. I sure enjoy the convenience of owning one, a pretty handy piece of equipment to have a round.

FYI – If I bought a new one it would at least have a Honda engine. You might check them out at www.NorthernTool.com .

I have used a Coleman Powermate with a 2500 psi for many years without trouble. Can’t remember how long ago I bought it. I think it may have come from Sam’s Wholesale Club.

I bought mine from HD a couple of years ago, on sale, for about $300. It’s 2800 PSI and has a Briggs and Stratton engine. Besides myself, just about everyone of my neighbors have borrowed and used it to do driveways and fences. It starts every time on the first pull.
