I was wondering if anyone out there is using toothed blades in a bevel up plane on difficult grain wood?

Does it actually help or would I be better off regrinding a bevel up blade to a york pitch?

I don’t/haven’t used toothed blades yet. Did you get any other feedback?

Good question. I see that LV makes toothed blades for all their BU planes. I’d assume they would work just fine. Let us know how it turns out if you go that route.
