Ok guys: Here’s the question I have for today, and hope to get an answer, and some pixs.
If anyone has built one, I’d like to see some post on it. I’d like to see your version—there’s all kinds out there.
So—- get them suckers posted ,and let’s see ‘em. I might even steal an idea or two. ‘preciate it!

Has anyone out there in wood land built an entertainment center for a bigscreen tely?
I have a 58” rear projection, and I’m gonna start laying the plans out to build one. It’s gonna have a “tower” on each side w/ adjustable shelves for stereo components, CD’s, and DVDs, etc.,etc. It’ll have a “bridge” across the top that will go from one tower to the other. I already know how high, wide, and deep the towers will be.
I’ll probably build it in the Shaker or Mission style out of Oak, or as Dan said—whatever the wood tells me!!

Rick, You can take a look at my web-site to see if you can get any ideas ( you’re welcome to steal any ideas that might work lol). No mission style, but there might be something to give you some ideas.

Thanks huff: I looked at your website and all the beautiful e.c.’s that you built. You do outstanding work, and the craftsmanship is superb. I did see a couple of ideas that I liked. Looks like you do a lot of built-ins. Your finishes are super, and I appreciate you letting me look. You are one of the best craftsman I ever saw. Thanks.
