For those of you who are trying to collect good woodworking tools, you need to keep up with this website https://www.mjdtools.com/. They have a weekly newsletter that keeps you informed of the tools they will have on auction that you need to sign up for. There is one sale coming up expected be sold in the area from $40.00 – $80.00 – https://www.mjdtools.com/WebCD/CDBrowse.php?Page=view&setAuction=AL15&item=299738.

I’ve subscribed for quite some time. The addition of related videos has been a great change.
I wish they had a “buy it now” option.

Yeah Bill, I do too. But its not their stuff that they are selling, its other peoples stuff, so I guess it has to be an auction. I’m an old codger of 74 that has been building stuff since I was around ten or eleven. I had a pretty good shop going by the time I was in college (Ga. Tech). I am a certified “toolaholic” and by now I have almost every tool I could ever need (and a number I don’t), but the “toolaholic” in me makes me keep up with what they have to offer. Same with other auctions. I very rarely buy anything though. It is a great place for the newer woodworkers to keep an eye on while they are trying to build their shop.
