Mornin’ guys: I’ve had several of you write and asked questions about my shop and setup.
So- if you all don’t mind, I’ll try to answer them here in one shot.

John Gray: You asked me to repost a shot of the roll around cut-off shorts bin. Go back to the shop #2 pixs.
I went back and resized them all, and they are a lot better, I hope.

mziem: The miter saw/RAS workstation is 28” deep, 40 3/4” high, and, over-all length is 15’- 6”. All cabinets are 3/4” birch ply. Rt. cabinet is 41” long, middle cab. is 49” long, and end cab. is 49” long. You have to space the chop saw according to width, heighth, and depth. I like to shim it a little to “sneak up on it” to the correct heighth. My dust collector is a Delta 1200 cfm w/ 4” runs and drops. Hopes this helps, mziem.

Caster questions: Can’t remember who asked, but here goes. I usually put them on tools I want mobile, like everyone does. I don’t use them on stationary tools like the table saws, workbenches, etc. I don’t ever plan on moving them. But on my assembly tables(I have a sm. one, and a lrg. one), I DO put locking casters on them.
Hope I’ve answered all questions. There are so many good LJ’s that can probably tell you better than I can about stuff—don’t hesitate to ask them.
