I have several PC nailers, but my narrow and wide crown staplers came from (horror) Harbor Freight. Nary a problem. I do keep ‘em oiled and clean.

PC. I bought the first model gun when they came out. It served me well. Then I lost it.

I have 2 Paslode and 1 craftsman staplers, I’ve used the craftsman narrow crown to hold padding in place for trim and plywood cabinet carcasses.

I vote NO on PC.

Alll 3 of my PC brad nailers and a stapler basically fell apart after a few years of very mild use.

In general PC is not what they used to be I don’t recommend their air nailers anymore.

You want some thing that will last? Senco and Paslode are THE air tool mankers.
I’ve own a few Ridgid tools and fairly impressed so far. No air tools, though.

When my PC’s crapped out in a pinch I bought a Husky 18ga + pin nailer combo on sale$50.
Figured what have I got to lose. Other than having to file down one of the male air adapters they been good performers believe it or not.

I agree with this statement. I have a PC NS150C right now that is less than 6 months old, and the rear air deflector has blown completely off of it, and it jams after about 10 staples. Wont hardly work at all without jamming on a full stick of staples.

I think Im going to look for a bostich or senco. I had a bostich that was stolen, and man do I miss it…
