Topic tags/keywords: sawstop

SOLD

Saw is almost exactly 1 year old, works great, I simply do not use this like I thought I might. You’re not just getting a SS saw, you’re also getting:

1 SawStop PS mobile base
1 new, unused SawStop 40T blade
1 not-so-much-used Forrest WWII 30T rip blade
1 new, unused INCRA Miter 1000HD
2 new Push Blocs from Rockler, which are a little better than most.

$2,200!

I live in DFW, Texas. Unfortunately, I cannot drive to you, cannot meet you halfway, a third of the way, I can’t even meet you down my alley because I have no truck. You have to come here, sorry. Any questions, let me know.

I would SO absolutely love to come have a look at this thing, but… correct me if I’m wrong… isn’t that pretty much retail price? Or am I missing something?

Saw with the 36-inch fence goes for $3,150. The base is $200, the Forrest blade is $100ish, the INCRA miter is $165ish. The push blocs are $16ish.

That’s about $3,600 total if you bought everything off amazon. Didn’t know they sold SS’s on amazon, but they do. Not all this stuff is new/unused, like I said, a few things are, but everything is in terrific shape.

$2,899 at Rockler. Base is two hundred. Miter gauge close to two hundred. I’m sure the blade and push blocks are a hundred. Almost $700 savings off new. AND NO SALES TAX.

Oh, Rockler has it lower than amazon. Didn’t know that, thanks. Even at Rockler’s price you’re gonna get it for about amazon’s price after tax.

Well, for my part the accessories aren’t really a value add since I’m already covered on a miter gauge and push block, so the only real value for me would be to save tax, but I wouldn’t be able to return it if there’s a problem or be covered under warranty. :/ I don’t know… the $339 or so after tax and OP’s price just isn’t really my gig. Hopefully you can sell it, though! It’ll make someone really happy—they’re great saws!
