I have spoken with a couple of LJ’s in the STL area. We have agreed to meet on Friday at the main entrance about 5:30 and shake hands, maybe grab a bite to eat. I will be easy to spot. I will have on a Cherry Red button up long sleeve shirt with Fox embroidered on it. That is my Friday attire. Most teachers dress down on Fridays, I dress up so to speak since I mostly wear polos during the week. I will probably have on a black hat with a F on it also. Finally I will be wearing my teacher ID. I use that pull anywhere I can :)
Let me know who else will be there. Someone help me out with the exact date. I think it is on V-day this year? Am I correct?

I’ll be there too… I’ll attend Friday and Saturday all day for sure. I usually wear blue jeans and a black vest…. black boots. I think it’s Feb 6-7-8.
I’ll catch you there at 5:30 on Friday, in the front main lobby.

LOL… yeah, I’m for that. I’ll be there all day Saturday too. I need to look at the class schedules to find what time I’ll be around. If anything, I can PM you my cell number to give me a shout when you get there. I probably won’t make it Sunday (gotta work).

Hey Tooldad, I am going on Friday. I usually get there when it opens at noon and stay till 4:00 or 5:00. I see some of us will not be able to come Friday but that is the only day I will make it. There will be two of us LJ’s. I will watch this blog to stay updated.

Since at school they think I know it all, I want to keep it that way, don’t let anyone know I am still learning this stuff too! I won’t head from ARnold until about 2:30, maybe 1:30 if I sneak out early since I have last hour plan. I have found if you show up around 3:00, all the retirees that get there at the opening bell are ready for their afternoon naps about 3-4:00 and it calms down a little. One year, I took the day off to go, won’t do that again.

If anyone wants to look at the site for the Woodworking shows for the St.Louis area, you can find it here. Directions, classes, etc.
