Hello all,

Thanks for the warm welcome. I’ve been skulking around the site (is ‘skulking’ really a word?) and am truly in awe of what you guys have accomplished and at your willingness to share with the others. I’ll post a picture of my attempt at hand made dovetails which will leave you all with no choice other than to agree that I’m the small fish in your big pond. Thanks again for the welcome and I look forward to learning and maybe even sharing a thing or two with you all.

I’m a recently retired guy living with my bride of nearly 20 yrs here in beautiful New Jersey, the Tollbooth State. Took up woodworking about 5 years ago and it was therapeutic and so very relaxing. Now if only I could learn to hand cut a damn through dovetail I’ll be a happy guy.
