Have you tried hand planes for that trimming work before or do you think they are too slow for production work?

Okie dokie, I haven’t used pins on dovetails but have used them on finger joints before.

I totally agree with you about the trim routers, have the same issue myself, especially in pine.

The sanding may be boring but it’s that extra attention to detail, that you do that sets your work apart from the average guy. Well done sir.

I agree with your philosophy about your work bench, I believe that they are tools and should be used as such. I am envious of the amount of space you have to work in, congrats.

wife and I were discussing the need for the outfeed table while we were watching you the other day. Can’t wait to get to a place that affords the space for one.

I just bought a Rigid 3660 and cemented in some of the middle of my garage floor to be able to use the mobile base on it.

I know what you mean Todd. I actually enjoy the designing part. And I am learning more and more in the furniture business to NOT sell myself cheap….Just as I do not sell my self cheap in the remodel business.
