Howdy From Ohio!

I am still currently working in Ohio and it looks like I will be here for a little while with my current projects. I am missing home and would like to be able to say “Howdy from Montana!” to everyone.

I Caught A Big One!

I am very excited to announce to everyone I found out last night that I was juried into the Western Design Conference. This is the first show that I have ever applied to and it is very exciting for me. I have a lot of hard work and stress in store for me over the next few months but I am willing to face the challenge. Like my brother said to me, “You know how diamonds are formed – Heat and Pressure.”

Miss You Guys

I miss hangin’ with you guys. It is just very difficult to get online still. I am looking at the possibility of getting the internet hooked up where I am at. I have not been able to get online as much as I would like and I have not had time to go through the projects and blogs.

Gotta Go Now – Todd

Good to hear from you and and that all is well.

Congrats re: WDC!! That is very exciting. Heat and Pressure… does that make it any easier?? :)

Took a quick tour of the WDC site on-line. Certaily does look like a big fish. Would love to travel to the show in September! Congratulations!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re getting lonesome for us.
I was wondering if you have a land line phone there, you could at least get dial up.
In the summer when we live at our cabin, we use dial up. It’s real slow about 27 KBs Maximum , but it’s better than nothing. Last summer I signed up with MSN, free for 3 months, without a long term agreement. I just canceled in the fall.

Big Congrats on being juried into the WDC. That is in itself is a big accomplishment. Please take lots of pictures and share them when you can. I look forward to seeing your entry and the results.

I agree with the diamond analogy…some would call it “growin’ pains” others use the gold smelter example. God never gives us more than we can handle, just a little more than we think we can.

Todd-

Great news man. I am also waiting to hear about a juried exhibition here in the next few day. I hope that I can report the same great and exciting new soon. BUt don’t worry about the heat and pressure, it only makes things more intense and fun.
