Of course I like woodworking my favorite projects are Castles and Doll Houses. I enjoy the search and the build of the perfect tool box. I have started with hand tools again. I had forgot satisfaction of creating with them.
In my work life I railroad and I tend to be gone a lot which I still managed to bring woodworking with me I wood pack a few hand tools and machine what I needed at home and build away in a motel room.
As for home I have a beautiful bare foot and pregnant wife due in March 2011, she is going to have a little girl, I also have a seven year boy who for some reason cant get enough of us time in the garage.
I don't have a shop yet, we have just sold our home in central Oregon and I am in a rental with a garage that won't fit a full size pickup, but we make the best of it. Pretty soon we will be back in a home we can call our home.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless

Welcome. You have found the right place for woodworking. A great group of people willing to help. Looking forward to see your projects and comments. Work safe in the shop and don’t forget to use pushsticks.

Hi there,
Welcome to LumberJocks… I joined the site myself just about 2 years ago and will give you fair warning, this site is VERY ADDICTIVE, VERY EDUCATIONAL, and VERY FUN…. so sit back, enjoy the ride and learn from the other LJ’s as they are a group of extremely talented people that are also very friendly…
I apologize for the late welcome but I am currently serving overseas and don’t have a lot of spare time on my hands.

Enjoy your time here on LJ and pass the word to any of your woodworking buddies about us…
