On Sunday, May 6th at 4pm est/1pm pst, I am going to try a little experiment over at The Wood Whisperer site. We are attempting our first interactive live streaming episode. The episode itself will not be anything fancy. A quick shop tour and a Q&A session via a chat module. You can find all the details on my site: http://thewoodwhisperer.com/?p=175

It should be a very cool, ground-breaking experiment. I see potential for live tool and technique demonstrations in the future. Neato!

Live episode is great idea, Marc.

And I’d also like to note that something cool is under construction in the TWW/LJ garage. So everybody get your cameras ready and stay tuned for the announcement this Sunday ;)

The show was pretty good once the technology settled out. I saw MsDebbieP there. Any other LumberJocks make it over?

yeah it was definitely something new. I only had about 5 minutes to do a test run. I realized afterward exactly how to fix the problem. But not bad for new technology and a first run. Next time will be much improved.
