Would be nice if the workshop list could be sorted by state. Would like to find some local connections.

I’ve often felt the same way every time I go to look at the map and have to flip through them to find people in a state.

It sounds like a better way than what is in place now.

The current solution is not ideal. I usually rely on folks to have something in their profile or signature, and as I find interesting projects I take a look to see where they are located.

I see you’re in Nashville – what part? I’m in East Nashville.

I’m glad I’m not the only one that feels this way. James, I’m on the East as well. Starting to find my way around the wood world but still fairly new. Hand carved for a year and chainsaws for about 9 months. Shoot me a line and we will catch up sometime.

I have asked Martin about this and he says that is on their to do list. I just wished that they would do it.

a list by state/province and a way of filtering/sorting the shops to exclude those that haven’t put up any pics would be nice.
