I’ve made a little more progress on the snowman (he’s a filler project for when I only have 20 or 30 minutes to work in the shop).

His nose is a piece of a dowel that sharpened pencil sharpener and then I carved it down a bit more with a utility knife and then sanded it a bit (not TOO much, its a carrot after all).

His 3 button’s are all pieces from the same dowel.

I need to apply a little wood filler in one or two places, sand that smooth, then put on the final coat of white. THEN I can paint the hat and buttons black, the nose orange and apply the eyes and mouth (store bought craft supplies).
