I have a Jet JJP-10BTOS 10” Combo Jointer-Planer, and I noted last night that the infeed and outfeed tables weren’t co-planer. There were no instructions in the manual on how to adjust them, so I called the 800# in my manual and after only about 4 minutes got someone on the phone who helped me in under a minute (e-mailing me the information I needed).

Very nice experience from WMH Tool Group (makes of Jet, Powermatic, and others).
