Daybed slats - 4 replies
Is there a consensus on what type of wood to use for slats for a daybed I’m building? I’m thinking maybe hickory or ash, but any suggestion would be considered? (It’s a standard-issue twin sized mattress)

Old and In the Way (tools--not music) - 3 replies
This PowrKraft All Saw belonged to my father-in-law. He used to make plywood furniture—sort of a Danish Modern style—TV cabinets, end tables. Around the 50’s through the 80’s.
