I have a Christians Work bench in excellent condition. Has 2 vises and slots in back (to hold tools) the patina is excellent all in original condition. Looking for more information and worth of it. Right now I use and show it in my dining room. I do have pics but for some reason cannot load them.
Thanks
Suezin

Suezin, judging from the picture you posted, the workbench is positioned backwards – the slots that you refer to actually should go in the front and are dogholes for securing wood to the workbench and not for tools. the slope that is seen on the workbench in front of the workbench should actually be in the back, and that is the actual area to hold the tools.
the value of the workbench depends on many things such as materials, age, stability, and obviously if it’s a collectible item with some history to it. hard to tell from just a picture.

^agree with Purp. It’s a pretty attractive piece to me but it doesn’t look sturdy enough for heavy use. I think your market would be more the designer or collector than the galoot (hand tool woodworker). I would love to own it.
