A friend of mine made a beautiful cedar bench and applied a first coat of outdoor varathane. Where to get interesting wood in California - 48 replies
I am tired of paying tons of money for hardwoods shipped in from the east coast. I prefer using wood from the same species that I find around me. I have dabbled in cutting my own lumber but find it time consuming and innefficient. Does anyone know some good local wood dealers in California?
