To cut the side windows, I have made a jig that I’m using for both sides (reversible). The part is cut larger so I can screw the jig to the piece, The scerw holes on the jig will also be use for the other side. The jig has a hole in it the same size as the window so when they are screwed together, I will use a flush mounted bearing on a strait bit, in tha case 1/4’’ to cut the window in the wood piece. To do the otrher side, I screw the pice to the other side os the jig using the same holes.

The same procedire is use to cut the back window. I cut the piece larger to screw it to the jig.

I appreciate your attention to detail, but unless you are making multiple models on a production basis, I can’t see the need for the jigs you use. If I were making a one off model, I would make each part separately as I would not feel a jig would be warranted. otherwise, the model looks fantastic. I can’t wait to se the complete model.
