Making kerfs on Mack truck towing

Box kerfs are an other story, a lot of precision has to be use, cause the jig is a 3 reversibles parts system on a base and you have to have the holes drill on the 3 parts and base at the same place on each parts. You need to make multiple guide, cause the groove for the router guide will cross with other grooves. The base and jig parts are made from floating floor parts, very stable and easy to cut. The base has the place to place the uncut side panels and hold it in place. The lenth and height is the same but the upper part is strait. I use the a 1/2’’ guide bushing and the same strait 1/16’’ bit. The jig #1 cuts the outside kerf and the kerf for the front...
