I finally got the big maple down. The burl grew on a hill so back side of tree was cut across at dirt level, so the downhill side of tree left like a half a burl. Will post more pics tomorrow the first this burl is 7ft across and a quarter size rot hole. Anyways here it is and remember everything is for sale.

Ughhhh I wish I had it all. I get so many ideas for things looking at what you post—half-round wash basins, floating shelves..

Very nice. I love figured maple. Can you tell? Got any figured hard maple that’s somewhat dry?

Bigoke the pics are all the same burl just different angles, the burl is close to 6ft by 12in thick, and 17in to the, i could custom cut you some. I could send a slab like 5 1/2 by 12in by 12in for 40.00. shipping and all only in united states.
