Came to the US in 01 from South Africa. Have enjoyed making shavings since school. Woodwork is a hobby I do not make anything for sale.
Enjoy making furniture etc. for home, family and friends.
Have stopped collecting planes.
Really enjoy the wide selection of wood that is readily available here. Also the availability and relatively low cost of tools.
