Building a Bed - 6 replies

I am building a full-size, Hard Maple/Cherry bed.The pics are a dry-fit-layout on my assembly table, all parts are just sitting flat on table and cherry panels are place on top of rails and stiles.

Shopping for a Band Saw, 14" - 104 replies

I have done hours of internet searches, and have seen all there (probably is).I love the Laguna. Too much for my budget.I am looking to spend less than $1000.That leaves:GrizzlyRikon *JetGeneraland no thanks, Delta shit the bed lately. I wish I could afford a Powermatic, yet they are $1200Any suggestions – 14” under a grand.

storing parts cut to dimensions without distortion - 13 replies

I have several pieces cut to final dimensions and sitting around, some as long as 60”x3 1/2”x?.I have been stacking them on top of each other for weight value, but see some bowing already, 2-3 days later…Any qualified suggestions?

Any ideas for a shop-made Splitter for Table Saw - 6 replies
